Safety & Access Policy
Safety and Access Notice
At Gutters First, we do everything we can to complete every gutter cleaning safely and properly. Some properties need a quick access review before we can confirm service.
This is most common with older homes, historic neighborhoods, tight property lines, slate roofs, steep roofs, low-hanging service lines, locked gates, limited ladder access, or homes where the only practical way to reach the gutters would mean walking a roof that cannot be safely walked.
If we arrive and find the gutters cannot be reached safely, we may pause, reschedule, adjust the scope, or decline the job. When that happens, we explain the issue clearly and send photos whenever we can.
Our goal is to do the work the right way, not force a dangerous setup that could damage your home, roof, gutters, a neighbor’s property, or put anyone at risk.
Service Confirmation Notice
Submitting a request does not guarantee that every gutter area can be serviced. Final service depends on safe access, roof conditions, ladder placement, weather, and site conditions when we arrive. If a job cannot be completed safely, we tell you why, clearly.
