That way the mess isn’t just washing right back down into the gutters you paid to have cleaned. We include it at no extra charge whenever we can safely get to the roof.

Most roofs we can walk, including steep pitches like the 12/12 in the video above. Steep is our specialty. The right boots, the right tools, and real comfort at height let us safely clean roofs a lot of companies won’t touch. The few roofs we won’t walk come down to safety, not steepness: slate and other fragile materials, or any roof that is wet, iced over, or structurally unsound. Your roof’s safety comes first, every time, and if a roof can’t be done safely, we will tell you straight.

If you have gutter guards and your gutters are already clean, but a storm just dropped a mess on your roof, we’ll come clear it as a standalone service. And if a few big branches simply need to come off, we’ll handle it fast, no need to pay a roofer’s premium for a 15-minute job.
One honest note.
If you don’t have guards, we’ll always encourage cleaning your gutters at the same time. We stand by our work, and we don’t want to clear your roof while leaving full gutters behind. The only exception is those one-off “just get this branch off” jobs.
