How You Get Your Number
We have been getting a lot of quote requests lately, so here is how it works now.
We pull your property up on aerial view. That takes minutes, not days. From there we send you a price and an available date.
If the price and the date work for you, we build your formal quote page. That formal quote is the standard before every job we do. The number and date step comes first so neither of us spends time on a quote that was never going to happen.
Nothing is owed to get a number. Nothing is owed to get on the schedule.

Every dollar, laid out honestly. This example is priced as a compact two story home with multiple roof sections, mature front trees, restricted side access, and a fenced rear patio area.

A Few Straight Talk Notes, No Surprises
Downspout flow. "Flowing properly" means water runs through your downspouts and exits at the visible bottom outlets. Anything past that visible outlet, such as an underground or buried drain line, is separate from a standard gutter cleaning and is quoted on its own.
Possible hanger add on. Since quotes are built from aerial views, once in a while a loose gutter hanger turns up that we could not see from above. With your approval, hangers are $10 each.
Debris haul away, optional. Standard cleanup means we bag the debris and set it neatly at the side of your home. If you would like us to haul it away, that is an optional add on starting at $10 and going up in $10 steps with the amount of debris.
Either way, if we spot anything beyond the plan, we stop and show you first. Nothing is added without your say so.

More Than "The Gutters Are Done"
If we notice something worth mentioning while we are already up there, we document it. Loose hangers, separated downspout sections, visible fascia deterioration, tree contact, drainage concerns, or damaged guards.
We are not performing a home, roofing, or code inspection. Think of it as another documented set of eyes on your property, from years of hands on residential renovation work.

Ed and his team handle the meet and greet, answer your questions on site, set and hold the ladders, work the gutter runs, and take care of the cleanup before anyone leaves. The person who quoted you is the person on your ladder.

How much does gutter cleaning cost in Columbus, Ohio?
Starts at $149. Most homes land around $179. Routine homes fall between $149 and $259. The example above is $199 for a two story home.
What does a gutter cleaning quote include?
Cleaning, downspouts, ladder access, travel, difficulty, documentation, and cleanup, added into one flat total. The table above shows every line.
Do you charge for a quote?

Do you need to come to my house to give me a price?
Usually no. Aerial view handles most homes. If something is not visible from above, we tell you before we do the work, not after.
Why is gutter cleaning more expensive for a two story home?
Ladder access, working height, and time. It is the $25 line in the table.
What makes one house cost more than another?
Height, roof pitch, how walkable the roof is, how many downspouts you have, how much tree cover sits over the gutters, gutter guards, and how easy it is to get a ladder to each side of the house. Two homes on the same street can be different numbers for any of those reasons. We tell you which ones applied to yours.
Are gutter guards included in the price?
Homes with guards are quoted separately. Removal and reinstallation is real labor and it is not part of a standard clean.
Do you clean underground or buried drain lines?
A standard cleaning confirms flow to the visible bottom outlets. Anything past that outlet is separate work with its own quote, and it is work we can take on. If you think water is backing up underground, mention it when you reach out and the owner will look at it while he is on your property.
Do you haul the debris away?
Standard cleanup bags it and sets it neatly at the side of the home. Haul away is optional, starting at $10.
What if you find something broken while you are up there?
We stop, document it, and show you. Nothing is added without your approval. Hangers are $10 each with your say so.
Do I have to be home?
No. You get the documentation either way.
How do I know the work was actually done?
Before and after stills, roofline footage, and your own private album.
Am I on the schedule as soon as I get a price?
No. A price is not a booking. Your yes is the booking.
