I've known Ed for a while and have used him for a few different things over the years, including gutter cleaning and even snow removal when he was still running Painting Trends. The guy has always been solid and reliable. When he started Gutters First, it made sense because he's always been big on making sure water is actually flowing the way it should. The last time he cleaned my gutters they were packed with leaves and starting to overflow. He cleared everything out, checked the downspouts, and made sure the water was draining away from the house the right way. What I like about Ed is he's straightforward and takes pride in doing the job right. He doesn't rush through things or disappear after the job is done. If you're in the Columbus area and need gutter cleaning, Gutters First is definitely a company I'd recommend.

Let me say I am not easily impressed but Gutters First showed up on time, prepared, with the correct equipment needed and got right to work! Very personable, friendly and professional! Very reasonable prices and was shown before and after photos of the work. I highly recommend if you need gutter work to give them a call! Will not let you down! Very satisfied with the service I received. Definitely will use their services again!

I noticed when it rained water flowed over a gutter that ran the length of the back of my house. I called Ed at 1:54 p.m. on Thursday and Ed texted me back at 1:56 p.m. on Thursday to let me know he was on a roof, but he would address my issue within a few minutes, and he did. Ed came out promptly on Friday, he blew water and leaves out of all my gutters, he tested and cleared debris from all of my downspouts, he blew leaves and debris off my entire roof, he cleaned up all leaves and debris that had been blown onto the ground from my roof and Ed texted me still pictures he took and videos he captured with his Meta glasses as he worked. I appreciate how fast Ed came to my house when other companies told me they were scheduled 4 weeks out, I appreciate the reasonable cost Ed charged for his services, and I appreciate the courtesy, expertise and professionalism Ed displayed while he was at my home. I will certainly call Ed again when I need his assistance in the future.

I normally do lawn care and had actually completed some lawn work for Ed before I knew he owned Gutters First. When I later needed help installing gutter guards on a difficult, steep section of a home in Gahanna, I gave Ed a call. He responded right away, arrived within about 45 minutes, completed the difficult roof section, and even provided me with a Google Photos proof link containing documentation of the work. Ed was prompt, professional, dependable, and clearly experienced with gutters, gutter guards, ladders, and steep roofs. I highly recommend Gutters First to anyone needing gutter cleaning or gutter guard service in Gahanna or the Columbus area. Do not hesitate to give them a call.

Ed came out the same day and quickly cleaned our gutters without any issue. He took video of the issue and thoroughly explained how we can prevent gutter troubles in the future. Highly recommend him. Extremely professional and fair.

Ed did a great job cleaning our gutters. He scheduled us quickly, only a few days after I contacted him, and is very reasonably priced. He also provided before and after videos and pictures which not only showed his work but will be really helpful if future problems occur. His helper/assistant Bunny was great too. They also did an exceptional job cleaning up the sludge in the driveway and sidewalks. They were just very pleasant people too!

On Wednesday June 17th I had a new shingle roof installed on my house and detached garage. My gutters needed some TLC. I googled and found Gutters First. I needed to have my gutters cleaned inside and out and to make sure they were draining properly. On June 19th Gutters First did an awesome job. We scheduled the appointment, they kept in contact, listened to what I needed done and did the job as expected. I am a satisfied customer and would recommend them for sure!

I cannot say enough good things about Gutters First. My gutters had not been cleaned in some time. They worked hard cleaning them. They were very efficient.
